Albany Park isn’t just a rental—it’s the foundation of Alcove Properties. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home was the first property we managed, shaping our approach to high-quality, long-term rentals. Since 2018, we’ve focused on creating a home that tenants don’t just rent, but truly want to stay in—something proven by the fact that we’ve only had two long-term tenants, both eager to renew their leases.

A key part of this success? Thoughtful renovations that blend modern style with everyday functionality. The kitchen was completely reimagined into a sleek galley layout, maximizing space and efficiency. It features modern open shelving, double-sided cabinetry that offers a mix of traditional double-door storage and deep drawers, and a peninsula with seating for three—perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The expansive white granite countertops provide ample workspace, while black stainless steel appliances, a double oven stovetop, a stainless steel undermount sink, and a garbage disposal add both luxury and practicality.

The upgrades extend into the bathroom, designed as a spa-inspired retreat. A glass-enclosed shower and extra-deep soaking tub create a sense of relaxation, giving tenants a private escape within their home.

But beyond the finishes, what sets Albany Park apart is the experience we provide. Our selective tenant placement process ensures we find residents who respect the home and community, and we maintain an open-door communication policy, so tenants know they can reach us whenever needed. By fostering trust, responding quickly to concerns, and working seamlessly with the HOA, property owner, and tenants, we create an environment where everyone is happy.
